Terms and Conditions for AI Agent Services

By using the services provided by Leonardo AI (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Service.

1. Service Description

   This section defines the scope and nature of the services provided by the AI Agent in detail to ensure users understand its functionalities and limitations.

   1. Automated Posts and Interactions on X Social Media Platform

      The Service facilitates automated posting and engagement activities on the X social media platform on behalf of users. This includes but is not limited to:

      • Scheduling and publishing posts based on predefined criteria or templates provided by the user.
      • Interacting with other users' content (e.g., likes, replies, and shares) as programmed within the Service’s parameters.
      • Monitoring and analyzing engagement metrics to optimize content delivery.

      The Service does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased visibility or follower growth, as these depend on platform algorithms and audience behavior.

      The Service operates in compliance with X’s terms and policies; users must also adhere to these policies to avoid restrictions or bans.

   2. Integration with $LEONAI Token Ecosystem

      The Service provides tools to facilitate user interactions with the $LEONAI token, which is a utility token minted on the Base Layer 2 blockchain with the contract address: 0xb933D4FF5A0e7bFE6AB7Da72b5DCE2259030252f. Specific functionalities include:

      • Monitoring token balances and activity through integrated dashboards.
      • Enabling transactions such as staking or trading directly via the platform’s interface.
      • Offering informational insights on token performance and related market trends.

      Users acknowledge that the platform serves as an intermediary tool and that all transactions are executed on the blockchain, which is independent of the Service.

      The Service is not responsible for any financial losses, errors, or delays arising from:

      • Bugs, hacks, or vulnerabilities within the $LEONAI ecosystem.
      • Incorrect wallet addresses or mismanagement by the user.
      • Market volatility impacting the value of $LEONAI tokens.

   3. 3D Model Generation from User-Provided Image Inputs

      Users can upload images to the Service for processing into 3D models. The functionality includes:

      • AI-based conversion of 2D images into detailed 3D representations.
      • Options for customization, including adjustments to scale, texture, and lighting.
      • Downloadable formats compatible with major 3D modeling and rendering tools.

      Users are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded images comply with intellectual property and privacy laws. The platform does not verify ownership or permission for use.

      The Service employs advanced algorithms to generate 3D models but does not guarantee perfect accuracy or suitability for specific use cases, such as manufacturing or commercial projects.

2. User Responsibility

   This section establishes detailed user accountability and sets expectations for appropriate usage of the Service.

   1. Accountability for Actions

      Users bear full responsibility for their decisions and actions while using the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

      • Any financial, reputational, or operational impact resulting from automated posts on X or interactions with $LEONAI tokens.
      • Ensuring their actions align with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party policies, such as those of X or other integrated platforms.

      Users must verify that any uploaded images or content:

      • Do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
      • Are submitted with the explicit permission of the content owner, if applicable.

      The platform disclaims all liability for any legal claims arising from user-uploaded content.

      Users agree not to use the Service for purposes that are:

      • Illegal, such as activities involving fraud, money laundering, or distribution of prohibited content.
      • Harmful, including harassment, spamming, or spreading false information.

      • Proprietary algorithms and software used for 3D modeling and token integration.
      • All trademarks, branding, and other materials associated with the Service.

      Users are prohibited from copying, reverse-engineering, or otherwise misusing the platform’s intellectual property.

5. Indemnification

      Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the platform, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

      • Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
      • Violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
      • Misuse of the Service, including unauthorized use of $LEONAI tokens or intellectual property.

   2. Platform Protections
